How To Actually Reduce Stress Whilst Trying to Conceive

We’ve all heard it.  Stress is bad for you.  And by association stress is bad for your fertility.

At least, that is what we are left believing.  And so then when we get stressed at work, stressed about our fertility and stressed about everything we have to do, we start to feel guilty about feeling stressed, thinking we are ruining all our chances.

Well today I want to unravel the myth of stress and look more at what TYPE of stress you have in your life so we can start to see what stress we need to focus on in our lives and what stress is totally okay and not going to mess it all up.

So you can get back to just feeling stressed sometimes and not feeling stressed AND guilty.

And I’ll cover the two ways that you can actually change your stress and then talk about how to be resourceful to actually change those stresses that you have identified that you might need to deal with.
