How To Stay Calm While Trying to Conceive

“I just don’t feel so obsessed about my fertility. I just think about it way less and I feel calmer and clearer,” one of my clients said to me this week.

“I just felt really calm this week, my thinking is clearer and I don’t feel chaotic,” said another.

In fact, these women are chalk and cheese different from when they first started talking to me.

Because I’ve by far and away found that one of the biggest things that women want as they continue their journey to parenthood is a more positive mindset, to feel calm again and to find more peace in their brains for greater clarity.

They want to find some peace in their heart again too, so they can get back to living as they move towards their ultimate goal of having a family.

They just want the inner chaos that they feel every single day to STOP!

So this weeks podcast is about giving you some of the tools to help you find some calm and peace again on your journey to conceiving your baby. That ultimately has also been shown to have a powerful effect on fertility outcomes.
