How Impatience Can Keep Us Stuck On the Infertility Rollercoaster

It’s natural to be really impatient about wanting to conceive your baby – especially when you have been trying for so long. And I’m not here to tell you that you need to be patient.

But today I wanted to showcase something that I experience with my clients time and time again. And that is about how impatience keeps you stuck in and on the infertility rollercoaster.
And I mean this in a couple of ways.

  • – Emotionally stuck
  • – Stuck from actually calming down our nervous systems to support our health
  • – Stuck in what we think is possible for our lives
  • – Stuck from making quality decisions on our fertility journey and reacting out of fear and panic
  • – Stuck sometimes from getting pregnant too.

So on today’s podcast I detail for you how this works. And that the opposite of impatience in this instance is actually not learning patience.

I illustrate why and how it keeps us stuck and how you can learn to find that place where you feel more in control again where patience is a natural byproduct of a beautiful shift.

Enjoy xx
