How To Deal with The Anxiety of Infertility

If you’ve ever been told to ‘just relax and it will happen’ or ‘just don’t worry about it so much’ or ‘try to be positive’ – you know how infuriating those comments are when you are on an extended fertility journey.

Because if it was just so easy to do those things, we would do them, not because we think they will help us conceive but because we want to FEEL BETTER!

Going through infertility is completely depleting and exhausting mentally, emotionally and spiritually and it can produce a lot of stress and anxiety.

But similarly, when people tell you that you need to get your anxiety or stress under control – well it’s about as easy as being positive and there is good reason for that.

We have never actually been taught about our emotions, how they come about, why they come about and how we can actually have more control over them than we think.

Well today on the podcast, I’m seeking to remedy that and teach you some practical tools and tricks to help you deal with your anxiety.

And I also detail exactly what I did recently when I found myself getting really anxious and how I turned it all around in about 30 seconds.

This is a must listen episode!
