Fertility Trauma is a real thing. And sometimes you can find yourself stuck in an endless loop of wanting to feel better and not being able to get yourself out of it.
Maybe you are feeling really anxious, have huge fears, feel miserable or feel downright crazy!
I know I felt crazy at times.
